To avoid ever overcharging customers, or undercharging ourselves, we do not have a standard shipping policy. That said, we do make a promise to you. We promise we will only charge you what it costs us to ship your order. We also promise to pack your order to ensure it remains safe and secure during the shipping process, and that we strive to provide you with the best shipping method/rate possible. We will utilize multiple shipping services (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) and will send via the one who offers you the best shipping price. You are welcome to request special shipment options such as overnight or 2nd Day Air.

#1 – We are not in business to make a profit on shipping your order.

#2 – Some companies charge shipping fees that parallel the amount of  money you spend; not the way we do business.

#3 – In order to save you money, we will consolidate the items in your order in the best possible shipping method to reduce shipping costs for you.

When you place an order, we can give you an estimate prior to charging your credit card. When you place the order on our website, put “Please provide with shipping costs before shipping” in the Special Instruction section of the checkout form and we will call or email you with the anticipated shipping amount prior to completing your order.
